In spring of 2004, the freeride community around metro Atlanta became restless. Gravity trails were being closed and prospects for legitimate riding were scarce. After numerous posts and general complaints were aired on local forums, a small group of riders came together to form the SORBA Freeride Alliance as a chapter.
